The fan council has their work cut out for them. Last year was the 11th year in a row I attended the August race and it was the worst experience. It was the first year we were stopped along Long Pond road to fill out papers, which was a waste of time. I was stopped and asked for my tickets 4 seperate times! The tickets which I purchase once we arrive at the gate! Also, you need to change the rules in regards to the infield guests being able to get to pit road and the fan fair without having to purchase a tickets for the grandstands. The money I pay to park in the infield with my camper for 4 days, plus pit paddock passes is enough yet alone pay for a seat in the grandstands that I never use, just so I can walk through the tunnel to get to the otherside for the fan fair.
