Update 7/21/24: The deadline has passed to request a refund or credit if you were affected by the traffic delays. We still welcome all event feedback, however a refund or a credit will no longer be an option. If you submitted the form prior to the deadline, your request will be processed within the next 7-10 business days. No additional information will be needed.
Official Traffic Statement (7/14/24)
As a result of the severe and dangerous weather earlier this morning, event staff, fans and competitors were instructed to seek shelter for their safety. This safety protocol was in place for approximately one hour.
This unforeseen situation caused an unprecedented delay in our parking operations. As a company that prides itself on honesty and transparency, we will make this right for those affected.
