While we might be known as ‘The Tricky Triangle’ (2.5 Tri-Oval), Pocono Raceway is also home to multiple road course configurations that satisfy beginners to the most seasoned drivers. From April to October, you can enjoy these fun and challenging configurations at our facility located in the beautiful Pocono Mountains of Northeastern Pennsylvania. We host over 300 events during the rental season, from motorcycles to exotics. We are just minutes south of Interstate 80 and linked by a network of super highways from anywhere on the east coast.
TRACK RENTAL FOR EVENTS IMPORTANT DETAILS
A base rental agreement includes facility access from 7:00am-7:00pm and on-track activity from 8:00 am-6:00 pm. We do not offer hourly or half-day rentals. An on-site lease coordinator will be present the day of your event to answer any questions you have and help you maximize your experience. If your project requires additional services, we can either provide those services for an additional fee or help you with contact information.
Please Note: Each track rental is required to obtain their own event/racing insurance. Pocono Raceway requires a performance deposit to secure track dates.

All-Course-20-as-of-010115-12.5 MILE TRI-OVAL
This championship oval is a unique concept, bringing variety to oval racing. The design brings into play three different radius turns, three different lengths of straightaway, three different degrees of banking. The first turn has a radius of 675 feet and 14° of banking. The back straightaway is 3,055 feet in length. The second turn has a radius of 750 feet and 8° of banking. The short straightaway has a length of 1,780 feet. The third turn has a radius of 800 feet and 6° of banking. The main straightaway is 3,740 feet in length. The oval is 60-100 feet wide. Variations in course set ups are available upon request.
NORTH ROAD COURSE
A 1.5 mile course utilizing Pocono’s north infield road course and turn 3 of the tri-oval. The course has nine turns and 2 straights, the longest being approximately 1,700′. The course varies in width from 45′ to 60′.
SOUTH ROAD COURSE
A 1 mile course utilizing the south infield road course and Pocono’s high banked turn #1 of the tri-oval. The course has ten turns, including a hairpin, and three short straights. The course varies in width from 45-60′. Variations in course set ups are available upon request.
EAST ROAD COURSE
A 1.4 mile road course utilizing the Long Pond straight of the tri-oval. This course has 13 turns, including a hairpin and 4 straights with the longest straight being approximately 1,545 feet. The course varies in width from 45-60 feet. Also incorporated into this course is a 275 foot pit road. Variations in course set ups are available upon request.
2.5 MILE ROAD COURSE
This international road racing circuit has accommodated the most exotic sports cars in the world, including IMSA GTP cars. The course features eight turns; two S’s and straightaway up to 3,055 feet long. The track width varies from 45-100′. Variation in course set up, using the chicane and south infield road course configuration is available upon request.
FRONT STRAIGHT
The front straight is 3,740 feet in length, 100 feet wide and has a return road paralleling the strip and utilizing a portion of the pit lane. Another straight of 1780 feet is also available.
