Please Note: Program eligibility for the Worry-Free Weather Guarantee concluded on December 9th, 2025. Any eligible tickets purchased prior to this date will be covered under the policy detailed below. For new purchases we encourage you to review and consider adding Ticket Insurance provided through Fan Shield by Protecht Inc. upon checkout.
The Worry-Free Weather Guarantee which ensures fans that purchased NASCAR Cup Series event tickets directly from Pocono Raceway prior to December 9th, 2025 will be reimbursed the face value if weather postpones the race and they are unable to make the rescheduled event. Additionally, Paddock Pass tickets will also be eligible for reimbursement if it coincides with the purchase of 2026 NASCAR Cup Series Grandstand ticket.

Q: What is The Worry-Free Weather Guarantee?
A: If you purchase a grandstand, club or suite ticket in advance directly from Pocono Raceway prior to December 9th, 2025 for the 2026 NASCAR Cup Series event day, and it gets postponed because of weather and you cannot make the rescheduled event, you will be reimbursed the face value of your ticket.
Q: How much will this cost me?
A: Nothing, it is free to those who purchased prior to December 9th, 2025 directly from Pocono Raceway. We are offering this guarantee to our fans as a courtesy and a thank you!
Q: I purchased my tickets through a special offer and checked out using FEVO, are those covered?
A: Yes, tickets purchased through a Pocono Raceway administered special offer or promotion prior to December 9th, 2025 that was hosted on the FEVO purchasing platform would be covered.
Q: Are Paddock Pass Tickets included in this Guarantee?
A: Yes. If you have purchased a NASCAR Cup Series Event ticket prior to December 9th, 2025 from your account and have purchased a Paddock Pass Ticket and if the race is postponed and you cannot attend the make-up date, you will be reimbursed. To have your Paddock Pass Tickets reimbursed, you must have a Sunday grandstand ticket in your account. One Paddock Pass Ticket per one purchased ticket will be reimbursed. Q: I renewed my tickets during the Renewal Period, are those covered?
A: Yes, NASCAR Cup Series tickets renewed during the renewal period are covered.
Q: How will I receive my money?
A: A check will be automatically sent to the address in your Pocono Raceway account within 4-8 weeks of the conclusion of the event.
Q: What will my reimbursement check be for and when will I receive it?
A: The face value listed on your ticket will be reimbursed and you will receive the check about 4-8 weeks of the conclusion of the event. Fees and services charges will not be reimbursed.
Q: What about support series races?
A: The Worry-Free Weather Guarantee is only for 2026 NASCAR Cup Series event day tickets purchased prior to December 9th, 2025.
Q: What about Terrace Club, Club Pocono and Skybox tickets that includes access multiple days?
A: The Worry-Free Weather Guarantee is for grandstand, club or suite ticket holders for NASCAR Cup Series Event Days that are postponed because of weather. If weather impacts Friday or Saturday event days, the guarantee does not apply for the full face value or partial face value. of the ticket.
Q: I paid by credit card, how will I get my refund?
A: All refunds will be issued via check and mailed to the address on your Pocono Raceway account.
Q: Is this the same as ticket insurance?
A: No. This is a Worry-Free Weather Guarantee. No fees, no charges and no additional work needed on your end. It’s all on us!
Q: Does this cover other purchases like the Driver Appearance Packages or other add-on options?
A: It does not. The Worry-Free Weather Guarantee is for grandstand, club or suite ticket holders for NASCAR Cup Series Event Days that are postponed because of weather. Paddock Pass Ticket purchased with a NASCAR Cup Series grandstand seat are covered under this program.
Q: I am a camper, does this apply to me?
A: Thank you for being among our large and loyal group of campers. If you purchased a Sunday grandstand ticket and the race is postponed and you are unable to make the rescheduled date, the face value of your NASCAR Cup Series grandstand ticket will be reimbursed. If you purchased additional Paddock Pass Tickets above the two that are included with the advance purchase of your camping spot within your guest camping wristband, those Paddock Pass Tickets will be reimbursed if you also have a NASCAR Cup Series Grandstand ticket. One Paddock Pass Ticket per one purchased ticket will be reimbursed. Unfortunately, we are not in a position to reimburse you for your spot or guest passes.
