My first race! Tricky triangle passes! Can’t wait
Enjoyed the Sprint cup race this past Sunday August 3,2014. I felt that the raceway owners hired too many people who did not know the layout of the venue. We got tickets for Victory club with infield parking, we got all the way to the back of the grandstand before one person stopped us and told us that entry to the infield parking was three exits down. Profit wasted on those clueless people.
Once we got Victory club, we thought food was going to be available from opening to finish the race. NO! Food was served at limited time only.
Lastly, the supposedly security men standing at every entry had no clue what NASCAR stands for, nor know anything about the race. Knowledge is part of marketing. Please do better of hiring knowledgeable people. These are simple fix that will make people come back.
The Coalville Shriners were very great Public Relations delegate for the raceway. With that said, we will come back for next year’s race.
